Veltrivo currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the United Kingdom.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

No standard shipping charge will be added to eligible orders at checkout. If any additional charge applies to a specific service, it will be clearly communicated before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing and Handling Time

Our standard order handling time is approximately 1–3 business days.

Handling time is the period required to process your order and prepare it for dispatch. It is separate from the time your parcel or appliance spends in transit.

Orders are processed during business days, excluding applicable public holidays. Orders placed outside normal business hours or during holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may occasionally vary due to stock availability or other operational circumstances. If a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate relevant information to you.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch, where applicable to the order and delivery service.

Please distinguish between the following stages:

  • Delivery in transit: Estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Overall estimated timeframe: Approximately 2–5 business days from order placement, subject to the timing of your order, product availability, and delivery circumstances.

These are estimates rather than a guarantee of delivery on a particular day, unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you.

For large appliances such as washing machines, delivery arrangements may depend on the product, delivery provider, and destination. Any special delivery arrangements or applicable timeframes will be communicated where relevant.

Your statutory rights concerning agreed delivery dates and delayed or undelivered orders remain unaffected.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Where tracking information is available, we will provide it through the relevant order or dispatch communication.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and suitable contact details at checkout.

Veltrivo offers free returns for eligible UK orders under our Return and Refund Policy, including our stated 60-day return period.

Because washing machines are large appliances, please obtain return instructions before arranging transport or sending an item back.
